The 10K Hamburg is conducted as a timed road race with a certified 10 km measurement under IAAF/World Athletics rules.

What are the age categories and prizes?

Men and women are separated into age categories starting at age 15; the 30 fastest runners per distance and gender receive points in the Cup classification and are eligible for prizes.
