Open water swimming event along the Douro River featuring a challenging route between Porto's Ribeira and Vila Nova de Gaia's Douro Marina, organized by the Northern Portugal Swimming Association with municipal support.

On-course hydration and aid stations supported by Douro Bridges Open Water and local partners.
Pacers
Pacer boats and flagged support vessels will be positioned along the course. Target start waves listed on the event schedule (Renntag für Laufende); follow pacer flags and audible signals during the swim.
