A fun, celebratory 5K event for participants of all abilities, organized by Girls on the Run San Diego. The 3.1-mile course is designed to build confidence and community, with support from coaches, volunteers, and activity stations along the way.

How long does it take to complete the 5K?

The course is 3.1 miles. Fastest participants complete it in about 25 minutes; most finish in 30–50 minutes. All paces are welcome.

Is the 5K accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes. The event is for everyone; participants can walk, roll, push, or run at their own pace.

Do participants/volunteers receive anything for running the 5K?

Every registered participant who completes the 5K receives a medal.
