The first edition of the Royal Marathon, celebrating Piedmontese sport and historical heritage. The 10K winds through the Gardens of the Palace of Venaria and the shady streets of La Mandria Nature Park, where history and nature come together in a breathtaking panorama.

HOW CAN I REACH THE DEPARTURE OF THE race as a king?

The start, inside the Gardens of the Reggia will be easily accessible only on foot, directly from the entrance on Via XX Settembre corner of Via Quirino Mascia.

WILL PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE A MEDAL?

All finishers will receive the medal made especially for this event

WHERE WILL THE RANKINGS BE POSTED?

All rankings will be available, directly online, on the Endu portal

CLASSIFICATIONS AND AWARDS (competitive)

The competition is subject to the ranking criteria and related awards as per WA and FIDAL regulations by gender ,absolute and category finishing order. For the ranking the real time applies.Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and female overall.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

COMPETITIVE SECTIONATHLETES REGISTERED IN ITALY 1 Athletes registered for 2026 with clubs affiliated with FIDAL, born in 2010 or earlier.2 Athletes in possession of Runcard (valid as sports insurance and permission to compete), limited to persons 20 years and older. Participation is, however, subject to presenting a valid medical certificate of specific competitive fitness for athletics, which must be shown to the organizers in the original and kept, as a copy, in the records of the event organizing company. The medical certificate for nonresident foreigners may be issued in their own country, but the same examinations as required by Italian regulations must have been performed. a) medical examination; b) complete urine test; c) electrocardiogram at rest and after exertion; d)3 Athletes registered for a Sports Promotion Body (Sect. Athletics), in possession of Runcard- Eps; however, participation is subject, in addition to possession of the "RunCard=", to the presentation of a valid medical certificate of agonistic fitness specific to athletics, which must be shown to the organizers in the original and kept, in copy, in the records of the Event Organizing Body.ATHLETES NOT REGISTERED IN ITALYItalian/foreign athletes not registered in Italy, born in 2010 or earlier, who meet one of the following requirements:1 Athletes with club memberships affiliated with Foreign Athletics Federations recognized by WA At the time of registration, they must present self-certification of possession of the membership recognized by WA. DO YOU NEED A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE?

A Competitive Athletics Medical Certificate is required to participate in Una Corsa da Re in the competitive section.Por the non-competitive section, no medical certificate is required.

ARE REFRESHMENT FACILITIES AVAILABLE ALONG THE ROUTE?

No refueling service will be available along the route of A Run for Kings 10km. Final refreshments will be present at the end of the race.

CAN I MAKE A BIB NAME CHANGE?

Absolutely, by September 30, 2025 by paying 10€ secretarial fee.

CAN I DELEGATE BIB PICKUP?

Certainly. All that is required is for the bib holder to fill out and give the appropriate proxy form to the trusted person.

IS A BAG DEPOSIT PROVIDED?

You will be able to leave your personal belongings, on race day, directly inside the Race Village at the Palace of Venaria.

IS A SHOWER SERVICE PROVIDED?

No there is no shower service provided.

WHAT IS THE LIMIT TIME TO FINISH THE RUN AS A KING?

The maximum time to finish Una Corsa da Re 10km is 2h

STARTING GRIDS

To better arrange the runners at the start, there will be some dividing grids. Access to the starting grid is based on the bib number, which is assigned according to the time declared by the athlete at the time of registration. The non-competitive section will start in the last grid.
