About
We meet for a club run every Wednesday evening during the autumn and winter at Penrith Rugby Club, Winters Park, and offer varying runs and sessions around the streets of Penrith. There are excellent changing and shower facilities at the Rugby Club and we meet informally in the club bar post-run. On spring and summer Wednesday evenings we are more likely to go out into the glorious countryside nearby or further into the Pennines and the Lakeland fells (and we usually find a post-run pub).
Catering & aid stations
Complimentary Traybakes (vegan and non-vegan options) served at the finish; on-course Verpflegung at Acorn Bank National Trust grounds.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be provided for each Startwelle where advertised on the Renntag für Laufende schedule. Pacers display race-specific flag markers and communicate target split times — follow the designated pace group for your ability and wear the required bib number visible at all times.

FAQ
What is the minimum age to race?
The minimum age limit is strictly 15 years old on race day.
Can I transfer my entry if I can't attend?
You can transfer your place via the SiEntries online entry system up to Friday 11th September. No transfers on the day and no refunds or deferrals.
What happens if I don't finish?
There are no timed cutoffs for official recognition; every finisher receives a traybak flapjack and the event support ends at the finish.
