A 200-mile endurance trail run from Yankeetown to Saint Augustine, Florida, featuring 110 miles of the Florida Trail through state parks, dirt roads, Rails-to-Trails, and scenic country roads. Presented by Warrior Ultras, FLX Adventures, Florida Greenway, Florida State Parks, and the City of St. Augustine Beach.
Aid stations will offer a variety of typical runner-friendly foods and drinks: water, Gatorade, Coke, Mountain Dew, pickles, fruit, chips, pretzels, candy, tortillas (with choices of peanut butter, jelly, hummus, or guacamole), and bread with the same filling options. Some aid stations may have hot food options. Good-to-Go Meals has partnered to provide hot meals at 6 aid stations.
Pacers will be provided with target times per Startwave and will wear Pacerflaggen for identification. Pacers must remain with their assigned runner group and provide course support, nutrition handoffs, and encouragement; review the Race Guidebook for specific pacer responsibilities and conduct.
