What distances are offered and who can participate?
5K and 10K open to all ages; age-group divisions: 5K (11 & under; 12–15; 16–19; 20–24; 25–29; 30–34; 35–39; 40–44; 45–49; 50–54; 55–59; 60–64; 65+). 10K divisions: 16 & under; 17–25; 26–34; 35–43; 44–52; 53+.
How much does it cost and what is included?
Pre-registration: $30 + fees includes a t-shirt. After July 5th: $35 + fees; shirt not guaranteed. On-site registration available 7:00–8:00 AM.
What amenities are provided on course?
Water stations along the route. Post-race refreshments (fruit and cookies) at the finish.
