A 14-week, 2026 workplace walking and running program with weekly 2.2 km, 4.5 km, and 7.2 km options held at Adelaide CBD (Karrawirra), with registration opening for the 46th edition.

Pacers

Pacemakers and target times are set per round at the Adelaide CBD venue; registered runners receive round-specific targets and pacer flag guidance to stay within their start wave.

FAQ

How do I register and what are the pricing options?

Register via the 'Ready, Set, Register!' page. Early bird pricing (teams $270, individuals $70) is available until 5pm 17 June 2026; standard pricing applies until 5pm 15 July 2026; late registrations are charged last-minute rates until event start.

What is the cancellation policy?

Withdrawals after 17 July 2026 incur a $50 fee for teams or $15 for individuals; after the event starts, 50% of the total fee applies.

Can team members do different distances?

For fastest-category teams, all members must do the same distance. In most improved, teams can mix distances (choose Mixed Cup) as winners are based on average time.

Where can I pick up my team bag and t-shirt?

Collection is from the Corporate Cup office in Glynde, SA. Details and options are emailed to captains in late July; an additional $20 can be added for delivery.
