adidas INFINITE TRAILS in Gastein/SalzburgerLand is a trail running event in alpine terrain with transponder timing, supporting local trail and partner communities. The event includes race-day amenities such as massages, carbohydrate-rich post-race meals, and access to thermal facilities.

Catering & aid stations

Multiple aid stations along all distances offering drinks and food. The 30K/45K/60K include on-course nutrition; the 15K offers light补给 at the turnaround. Post-race carbo buffet provided at the Alpentherme.

Pacers

Pacemakers will be present at the adidas INFINITE TRAILS in Gastein. On the race day (Renntag) refer to the target times per Startwelle in the event’s start plan. Pacers are identified by Pacerflaggen for easy recognition—follow them for your targeted split times.

FAQ

What happens if a team member withdraws after registration?

You may swap a team member up to 10 days before the event via the change link in your registration confirmation email. If no replacement is found, consider purchasing ticket insurance (€12.14) during registration.

Can I choose a different distance after registering for the Team Race?

Yes, the FLEX RATE allows switching between Team Race and individual distances without change fees, provided the target distance’s participant limit has not been reached.

What are the timing and start procedures for race day?

Transponder timing is mandatory and provided by the organizer; personal transponders are not permitted. Mass starts vary by distance: 15K at 07:45 from Alpen Arena; 30K/45K/60K starts earlier from 06:00. Finish times are bounded (15K until 20:00); post-race gathering at Alpentherme includes carbo buffet, massages, and thermal use for medalists.
