A family-friendly running event in Wrocław organized by the Miedźna Gmina community, featuring open and children's races with local prizes and awards. The event includes a main race and a family run, offering a festive atmosphere with aid stations and local recognition.

What is the participant limit?
The limit for paid participants is 400.
Is the course PZLA-certified?
Yes, the route is certified and has a PZLA license.
Can I participate with a stroller, dog, or child in a carrier?
Unfortunately, participants with strollers, dogs, or children in child carriers are not allowed for organizational reasons.
When and where does the race start?
The family run starts at 10:30 and the Open race starts at 11:00 from Miodowa Street 189C in Frydku.
What are the registration fees?
Fees are determined during registration; on-site registration costs 100 PLN if spots remain.
Are there awards?
Top 5 in Open men’s and women’s categories receive prizes; additionally, the fastest male and female residents of the gmina receive trophies, and top 3 in three age categories receive medals.
