A fun community 5K run or walk in Ampthill Great Park to raise money for local cancer charities, with a festive, family-friendly atmosphere and optional mile and mini kids’ races.
Catering & aid stations
Stalls, food and drink available throughout the day; picnic areas provided (you may bring your own alcohol).

Pacemakers will be available for the Ampthill vs Cancer 5K. On race day (Renntag) target times are published by start wave (Pacerflaggen) to help runners maintain their desired pace—see the event schedule at the registration/check-in area and on bib/timing chip info.
