March 21st, 2026 will mark the 36th running of this iconic spring ultra-marathon on the trails of Susquehanna State Park, in Havre de Grace, MD. The 50-kilometer course traverses single-track trails, intermixed with open fields, dirt roads, and as few steps as we can manage on black-top.
Catering & aid stations
Aid stations filled with everything you need to keep you hydrated, energized and inspired, including water, Gatorade, cookies, peanut butter and jelly, bananas, grilled cheese, quesadillas, and Ultra-Fries.
Pacers
The race has pacers who help guide runners through the course. Runners can expect to meet them at various points throughout the 50K run.
