A backyard ultra set in the ‘backyard’ of Antwerp: every hour a 6.7 km loop on a flat, varied parcours in Schelle, pushing each runner to their limit in a simple, extreme format.
Catering & aid stations
Drinks and light snacks available on Friday evening and Saturday; coffee for early arrivals; on-course aid stations with water and electrolytes.
Pacers
Pacemakers will run with designated start waves indicated by Pacerflaggen on race day; target times per wave will be communicated at registration and on the start corral.
