A fun, family-oriented 5K charity race that raises money for local charities, with live music, prizes, and activities for all ages.

Pacers will be available for the live race to help participants meet target times per start wave as noted on the race day schedule; pacers are identified with pacer flags on the course.

What is the race's mission?

The race's mission is to provide an opportunity for people of all ages to enjoy a fun, healthy spring activity together and to raise support for local charities.

How will my time be measured?

Your race number bib includes an electronic chip that automatically measures your time on the course.

Where do proceeds go?

Net proceeds from the event are donated by Clarendon United Methodist Church to local beneficiaries, including Bridges to Independence, The Center for Youth and Family Advocacy, and L'Arche Greater Washington DC.

What should I wear?

Wear your Bunny Hop T-shirt; check the weather for appropriate layers.

Is there SWAG?

Yes — all runners registered by midnight April 6 receive an Arlington Bunny Hop t-shirt.

What about water?

There is a water point along the live race course before mile 2.

How fast are the runners?

This is a Bunny Hop, not a chicken race — you can do it! The event attracts a mix of runners, joggers, and walkers.

May my dog come?

Well-behaved dogs on leash are allowed for the live race per Arlington County rules; remember to bring baggies.

May I run with a stroller?

Yes; baby strollers and baby joggers are allowed, but please start at the rear of the pack and be mindful of other runners.

What about bathrooms?

Public restrooms are available at the start/finish.

Is there parking?

On-street parking is available in adjacent neighborhood streets; suggested streets include North Ivy, Jackson, and Kenmore between Wilson Blvd and 5th Street, and along 5th and 6th Streets.

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds, transfers, or deferments; all proceeds support local charities.
