About
Around the Crown 10K is a 10K race through the streets of uptown Charlotte, taking runners along the city’s iconic I‑277 inner beltway with a festive finish festival at Truist Field.
Catering & aid stations
Water stations with reusable Hiccup cups; additional hydration from Charlotte Water and Pepsi beverages; food compost collected by Crown Town Compost; no cups provided at on-course water stops to reduce waste.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be present for the 10K with target split times communicated by start wave on race day (see ‘Renntag für Laufende’). Pacers wear identifiable flags to help runners maintain goal pace.
