About

AskerSpurten is an annual run raising funds for a good cause; in 2025 the surplus goes to MartheFondet. The runs go around Asker sentrum, with options of 10 km, 5 km, and a 500 m children’s lap.

Catering & aid stations

Food trucks in sentrum with 20 wagons serving food; kiwi provides free fruit and gifts for children.

Pacers

Pacemakers will be present for the 5 km and 10 km races; target times per start wave will be communicated on race day (Renntag).

Who can participate in the children’s lap?

Children aged 0–12 years can participate; those aged 0–6 run one lap, and those aged 6–12 run two laps. The children’s lap is free.

Where can I collect my race number for the 5 km and 10 km?

Race numbers for 5 km and 10 km can be collected at Intersport Asker from 17:00 on Thursday. Alternatively, they can be collected at Asker Sentrum from 17:45 on Thursday.

What time does the 5 km and 10 km start?

The 5 km and 10 km start together at 18:00 after a shared warm-up.

What is included in the entry fee?

Participation includes a T-shirt for children and various small prizes; food and drink stands are available on site.
