What is the registration fee and what's included?

Prices increase on September 1. Each registration includes an Impact on UW Cancer Research Participant Long Sleeve Shirt (register by August 12 to guarantee size), Commemorative Finisher Medal, Professional On-Course Photos, Complimentary Parking Shuttle, and access to post-event celebration.

Can I change my distance or route?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can change your route or distance by logging into your registration. Note that fees differ between routes/distances and changes to a lower fee are not refundable; upgrades require paying the difference.

Can I transfer my registration?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can transfer your registration to another person until Monday, September 7. See the Transfer To Someone Else option in your RunSignUp account.

Question 5

What happens in case of severe weather?

Accepted Answer

The event will be held rain or shine with every effort to maintain the schedule. If severe weather prevents completion, bikers may be moved to the next distance, and participants are encouraged to use the 5K run/walk option. Updates will be sent via email and social media.

Where can I pick up my packet?

Packet pick-up locations and times will be announced closer to the event. Follow event day signage and instructions at UW Health Eastpark Medical Center (4621 Eastpark Blvd, Madison, WI 53718).
