Beat The Ferry is a 50km trail running race starting on Studland beach and following the Purbeck way. Highlights include Knoll Beach, Sandbanks Chain Ferry, Studland Beach, Old Harry Rocks, Purbeck Way, Corfe Castle, and the South West Coast Path. One runner is chosen to be “the Ferry,” starting at the back and moving steadily through the field—finish ahead of them to earn a special reward.
