Who can participate and is a license required?

The event is open to everyone; no license is required (jid licensefrei).

What are the registration options and deadlines?

You can register online (Einzelanmeldung or Sammelanmeldung) or in person at the Turnhalle from 07:30–08:30 on race day. Online sign-up deadline is 21 August 2026; late on-site registration may incur a CHF 3.00 surcharge.

What are the start times for each distance?

All distances—Hauptlauf, Speed Hiking, and Kurzstrecke—start at 09:15 on race day (start coordinate: near the church).

What is included in the entry fee?

The entry fee includes a CHF 0.50 contribution to the Swiss League of Sports (SLV).

Changing rooms and showers in the Turnhalle Brülisau, baggage drop (min 10 min before start), free return by funicular from the valley, and first aid. Sticks are allowed only in Speed Hiking.
