The original Bear Creek Lake Park trail race — the one with the best courses and the best prices. Features 5k, 15k, 5+15 double, and a kids 1k with a stuffy bear finish.
Catering & aid stations
Registration includes running socks or a neck gaiter and a pancake breakfast. On-course aid stations provide food and drink.
Pacers
Staggered starts by age and gender for the 10k at Reuter-Hess (patterned after the Dipsea). Pacers set target times per start wave; race features pacer flagging to keep runners on pace.
