About

A collaborative trail running event produced by Daybreak Racing & Freetrail in trail-famous Marin County, California. The event features three race distances over a 3-day race weekend: a 50K on Friday, a 100K on Saturday, and a 28K on Sunday, offering scenic courses with sweeping vistas across the San Francisco Bay Area.

Catering & aid stations

On-course aid stations provide food and drink. Specific menu and dietary options are detailed in the Run-Day Info (emailed upon registration) and at each aid station.

Pacers

Pacers will be provided for the 50K, 100K, and 28K events. On race day, target pacer times are published by Start Wave and indicated by Pacer Flag color on the course. Pacers are required to maintain the listed target time for their wave and must carry the visible pacer flag at all times on course. FAQ

What are the registration dates and prices for 2027?

Registration opens in two phases: Phase 1 (Sept 14–30, 2026) — $310 (100K), $180 (50K), $140 (28K). Phase 2 (Oct 1, 2026–March 14, 2027) — $340 (100K), $205 (50K), $160 (28K). Note: the 100K becomes a Western States Qualifier in 2027.

Is there a waitlist?

Yes. Once each race fills, a waitlist is activated. If openings become available, runners are invited from the waitlist to complete registration and pay the fee.

What is the cancellation policy?

Are there age/wave restrictions or packet pickup requirements for the 100K?

100K runners must pick up all drop bags on Thursday or Friday. There is no race-morning bib pickup for the 100K. Attend the optional racer/crew meeting Saturday 4:00–5:00 PM at the Marinwood Park finish line area for final bib pickup, drop bag drop-off, and course updates.
