The 54th running of the Birkenhead Park 5 Mile Road Race, held annually since 1972. The 2026 race is on Wednesday July 22nd starting at 7:00pm outside St Mary's Cricket Club in the Lower Park, with chip timing, prizes, music, and a free kids’ mile.
