About
The Blueberry 5K, USATF certified GA24019WC, serves as a qualifier for major road races such as the Peachtree 10K. The event is presented by New Vision Methodist Church and held in conjunction with the Georgia Blueberry Festival in Alma, GA, featuring a 5K and a 1 Mile Fun Run with age-group and overall awards.
Catering & aid stations
Fueling includes the Blueberry Pancake Breakfast with blueberry syrup and homemade sausage, sponsored by the Alma Lions Club at the Lions Club House on 4th Street at the old high school.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be provided for the 5K. On race day (Renntag) refer to the posted start times/waves (Startzeiten) and Pacerflaggen for target times per wave. Check the event’s Renntag/Startzeiten page for wave-specific pacing details.
