About
Bohusläns Bästa is organized by Trailrunning Sweden in collaboration with Kvillebyns SK. The event center and finish line are located at TanumStrand Spa & Resort. We created this race to share the beautiful coastline, the unique nature and the cool feeling of freedom. In combination with good food, nice accommodation and the social connection with all the other runners, this is Bohusläns Bästa.
Catering & aid stations
Energy stations with Enervit sports drink, water, bananas, and buns; drinks and snacks at the finish.

Pacers will be present with target times per start wave; look for Pacer flaggen on race day.

FAQ
Cancellation protection — what does it cover and how does it work?
Cancellation protection covers you if you get sick or injured after registration and before the race, with a doctor’s certificate detailing diagnosis and first treatment/examination date. It applies only to the registered individual and must be claimed by submitting the medical certificate to [email protected] no later than one month after the race; the coverage fee is SEK 99.
What should I do if I have to quit the race during the event?
Immediately inform the organizers so a search effort is not started. You can continue if you have passed the last rope at Everts Sjöbod and the course stays open until all runners have finished.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed on the course for safety and nature protection.
What about littering on the course?
Littering is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate disqualification. Use the provided garbage bags at energy stations and sort waste as marked.
