Nordic Walking is an ideal endurance sport for athletes suffering from joint issues. Every Sunday at 10:30 AM, a small training group meets at Trocheler Wald for a round course, where experienced walkers provide guidance on technique.
Catering & aid stations
There will be on-course food and drink available.
Pacers
Pacer support will be available during the event. Dedicated pacers will help maintain target times for participants.
