Catering & aid stations
On-course aid stations offer electrolyte hydration, water, and trail snacks at the 2.5-mile mark and again near Murky Marsh for the 15K; one aid station at 2.5 miles for the 8K. Note: this is a cup-less event — you must carry your own hydration.
Pacers
Pacemaker and target times per start wave are provided for the 15K and 8K on the race day schedule (Renntag für Laufende): BTE 15K at 8:00 AM EST and BTE 8K at 8:15 AM EST; use designated pace groups indicated by Pacerflaggen for each wave.
