Are there support villages and on-course refreshments?
Yes, villages are set up at each stage with rest, recovery, and food/drink stations.
Do I need a dossard to start?
Yes, you must collect and wear your official race number to start and for GPS validation.
What should I bring?
At least 1.5L of water, layered warm clothing, waterproof jacket, headlamp (and spare lamp for 24h/12h), whistle, phone with charged battery, and mandatory PPE or certificate.
