About
Bude Lifeboat Run — an evening 6 mile race around Bude’s cycleway, canal towpath and off-road footpaths, with two Junior 1 mile races, organised by Bude RATs for the RNLI.

Pacers
Pacemakers will run with the Senior race (target times per start wave listed on the event website; look for Pacerflaggen at the start). Pacers aim to help runners achieve their target pace — 2–6 sentences of pacing support and on-course guidance will be provided at the start and along the route.

What is the age limit for the Junior races?
Junior 1 mile races are for those aged 15 and under, split for School Years 3 & Under and School Years 4 & Above.
What happens if I can't attend after registering?
Entry can be adjusted and swapped on the SiEntries system up to the closing date; after that no swaps or refunds are permitted.
Is parking included?
Parking is available at The Crescent Car Park (3 minute walk from Race HQ); charges may apply. Overspill at Wharf and Neetside.
