About
A family-friendly celebration of community, strength, and inclusion — participants run, walk, or roll to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Each year includes a 5K and a 1‑Mile Fun Walk with caps, costumes, and awards.
Catering & aid stations
On‑course hydration and light refreshments provided at aid stations along the route.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be provided on the race day with target times displayed per start wave on the Renntag für Laufende schedule. Pacers wear identifiable flags to help participants stay on pace. Registration notes confirm pacers are assigned for both the 5K and 1‑Mile Fun Walk.
