About
The Carolina Conference of Seventh‑day Adventists hosts this 5K and 1‑mile run each year during Camp Meeting at Lake Junaluska, North Carolina. The event is held on the Friday of camp‑meeting week with the 5K starting at 8:00 AM and the 1‑mile run beginning about five minutes later.
Catering & aid stations
Water stations and light refreshments are available at the start/finish area and along the course.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be provided for the 5K and 1‑mile runs. Target times per start wave are published in the event schedule (Renntag für Laufende); pacers wear identifiable flags to stay with their groups and help runners maintain even pacing.
