About

A fun, friendly and relaxed running & walking series in Melbourne’s South East with 5km or 10km run/walk options and kid’s races from 400m to 2km. Emphasis on participation, family and community.

Catering & aid stations

Emilys Mobile Coffee onsite for caffeine and food/drink options; drink refill station near Start/Finish every 2.5km; toilets available under the Northern Grandstand; no cups supplied — bring your own hydration system or reusable cup.

Pacers

Pace Runners available by request for race groups — contact organizers. Pacers will lead designated Start Waves shown in the Race Day Schedule with Pacerflaggen on course.

Is this event free to enter?

Yes — registration fees are free. A free event T-shirt is provided for the first 250 full series registrants.

What distances are offered?

5km and 10km run/walk options, plus kids races from 400m to 2km.

Where can I pick up my race number?

Race pack pickup is at Casey Fields Regional Athletics Centre on Saturday 17 October, 2:00–4:00pm — or on race morning from 7:15am at the Pavilion.

Are there age groups and awards?

Yes — individual race results are published and overall series champions receive trophies in male/female and kids divisions.

What should I bring on race day?

Bring a photo ID, your registration QR code, suitable clothing and footwear (no bare torsos), and your own reusable cup or hydration system.
