Strollers or baby joggers are only allowed in the 3 mile walk; must line up in the back at the start. Not allowed in any running events.

Can I bring my dog to Lakeside Park?

No dogs or other animals are allowed on any of the courses or within Lakeside Park due to insurance and liability restrictions.

Do I have to wear my bib number?

Yes. All participants must wear a bib number on the front and outermost layer of clothing; failure to do so may result in no recorded finish time.

Can I use an iPod or cell phone during the race?

Cell phones and iPods are allowed for music but keep volume at a reasonable level to hear officials, marshals, and race instructions.

What if I pre-register but want to switch on race day?

Participants must complete the event they registered for to appear in official results. To switch races, stop by the information table at packet pickup (Friday at Woodworth Middle School or race day at the north shelter on Oven Island).
