About
The Cliff Hanger Run in the Historic Northeast is a Kansas City classic! Run on Cliff Drive, a Missouri state scenic byway, while enjoying crisp fall air and beautiful foliage. All runners and 1‑mile walkers receive a shirt, finisher medal, custom bib, free photos and treats after the race.

Pacers will be provided for select start waves listed on the Race Day schedule (Renntag für Laufende). Pacer flags will be displayed at the start corrals to identify pacers and their target times.
