About
The Colorado Cold Rush Ultra is a mountain trail race set in the rugged Pike National Forest, offering challenging terrain and stunning alpine scenery. It features fast technical singletrack and breathtaking ridge-line trail running.
Catering & aid stations
On-course feed includes Tailwind Muir Energy Gels, bananas, sweet and salty snacks, fruit, and soda. Cooking aid stations will also serve bacon, quesadillas, potatoes, pierogis, and other warm food options.
Pacers
Pacers will be available at crew-accessible aid stations starting at the 10K distance. On-course pacers may begin at the second pass through Upper Porcupine Aid Station (approximately mile 15) for 100-mile runners. All pacers must sign a waiver before pacing duties; waivers are available at crew-accessible aid stations and the start/finish line.

What is the withdrawal/refund policy?
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. We understand that life can be beyond our control at times. With that said, we believe that our transfer/withdrawal policy is both reasonable and fair for registrants and Revenant Running. All cancellations must be made through Ultrasignup. The credit through Ultrasignup is good for two years for any Revenant Running event from date of issuance. The following credit amount is determined by date of cancellation:100% credit if canceled/notified 60 days from date of event75% credit if canceled/notified 30 days from date of event50% credit if canceled/notified 10 days from date of event
Can I decrease/increase my race distance before race day?
It is easy to decrease your race distance before race day. Simply modify the distance through Ultrasignup. Please note that no refund or credit is provided for the difference in price. If you would like to increase your race distance, please contact us at revenantrunning@gmail.com and we will happily help you make that change.
What if I am unable to finish my intended distance and drop down to a lower distance on the day of the race?
If it is not your day and can not finish your intended distance, you may drop down to a shorter distance without being penalized with a DNF. Instead, you will be included in the shorter distance results but will not be eligible for any overall or age group awards.
Can I drop-down or jump-up in distances? Can I decrease/increase my race distance from the original registration distance?
Yes, but no refund or credit will be provided for the difference in price when decreasing distance. The procedure for increasing distance from is dependent upon when making the change. If you are more than 60 days from the date of the event, simply cancel through Ultrasignup and re-register for your preferred distance. If you are less than 60 days from the event, please email us at revenantrunning@gmail.com and we will happily help you make the change.
Can I sell my race entry?
No. As a matter of safety, we do not allow race entries to be sold or transferred. Additionally, a picture ID is required to pick up your race packet.
