About
For its fifth edition, Couvert'Trail'Rade returns on 7 June 2026 in the Lauragais region, offering two races (29 km and 12.5 km), children’s races, a fully organic meal and a convivial mountain-run atmosphere in the historic Cité de la Couvertoirade.
Catering & aid stations
Organique : repas composé de produits locaux (Pâté Grillade de Brebis, Ratatouille, Semoule, Fromage, Fruit). Réservation obligatoire sur place.
Pacers
Pacemakers will run with the 29 km group; refer to the race day schedule (Renntag für Laufende) at the start for target times and pacers' flags at each aid station.

FAQ
What should I bring to the race?
Bring a valid ID for registration, your e-cup (ecocup) for food and drinks, and any personal running gear. Water is provided at aid stations.
Are there aid stations on course?
Yes, there are multiple aid stations offering water and organic local food along both the 29 km and 12.5 km courses.
Can children participate?
Yes; children’s races are free and held on the day. Age categories: Bambin (3–6), Pichou (7–9), Tracou (10–12).
Is registration possible on the day?
Yes, on-site registration is available for children’s races and for adults if spots remain; however, online pre-registration is preferred.
Is there parking?
A free parking lot (limited spaces) is available about 500 m from the start, opened until 10:00. Payment by card is not possible on site.
