RUN FOR CHANGE — Coway Run is a community running initiative empowering people to take small steps that transform health, homes, and the planet. The event brings runners together for a shared experience focused on participation and impact.

Pace groups are set per start wave on Renntag for Laufende: 5K Startwelle at 09:00 and 10K Startwelle at 08:00. Pacers will lead their respective waves; check the event page for pacer flags and final wave schedule.

5K and 10K on-road races.
What time does the race start?
5K starts at 09:00 and 10K starts at 08:00 on race day (2 Nov 2025).
Is there prize money?
Yes, prizes for Top 3 (gun time) and Top 50 (chip time) in 10K, and Top 20 kids in 5K; award winners must report within 45 minutes and present valid ID matching the bib.
What are the rules for winners?
Winners use gun time (10K/5K Top 3) or chip time (10K Top 50), must report to prize collection within 45 minutes, and present an ID matching the registered name and bib number.
