Pacemakers will run with target times per start wave for the 3.5 km, 7 km and 10.5 km courses and will carry Pacer flags for easy identification. Follow pacers for your target split and steady pace; they’ll help you gauge effort and provide encouragement on course. The event offers pace‑based corrals and on‑course guidance so you can stay on track.
