Catering & aid stations

On-course aid stations provide bottled water, bottled sports drinks, gels, and bananas. Stations are available on the bike and run courses (e.g., Bike: Aid Station #1 outbound and #2 in Willowbrook; Run: available on the looped course).

Pacers

Pacemaker groups are defined by target times per start wave displayed on the start line. Pacers carry flags to identify their group and help athletes maintain target pace. Refer to the event schedule on race morning for wave-specific target times.
