About

Join us at Crystal Lake Park for the Dash and Deciduous 5k trail run! This is a super secret, FREE, timed "FATASS" 5k, which is essentially a fun, organized group run without all the bells and whistles of a typical race. Registration is required due to the field size being limited to 40 runners.

Catering & aid stations

Refreshments will be served post-run near the sign-in area.

Pacers

The event utilizes pace groups indicated on the start day (Renntag) by Startwelle (target times per wave). Pacers may wear a visible pacer flag or number; if you are following a pacer, stay with your pacer’s group and expect them to maintain a steady, race-effort pace for your target time.
