Catering & aid stations
Each athlete must manage their own nutrition on the swim and bike courses. An official catering stand on the running course supplements personal provisions — offering water (Salvus), isotonic drinks, cola, broth (vegetarian), tea, coffee, bananas, watermelons, grapes, salt pretzels, chips (salty/paprika), nut mix, oranges, peanuts, apples, TUC, potatoes, chocolate, wine gums/gummies, tomatoes, and grandmother’s cake.
Pacers
Pacers may assist at aid stations on the run course; target times per start wave are published in the "Renntag für Laufende" materials. Pacers must not impede athletes and should maintain a safe, non‑competitive support role.
