What is the minimum age to compete?
Competitors must be at least 13 years old on the day of the race.
Is the course wheelchair accessible?
No, the course is not suitable for wheelchair competitors due to limited path width.
Are headphones allowed during the race?
No. Head/earphones or similar equipment (including bone conduction) are strictly prohibited for safety; violations will result in disqualification.
Is there a transfer or refund policy?
No refunds or deferrals are offered. Transfers to another runner must be completed at least 30 minutes before the race start via the link in your registration email.
What amenities are provided on course?
Toilets, medical provision, and water stations. There are also AG and team awards and a finisher’s medal.
