About
Starting under the historic temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the Egyptian Marathon has been held regularly over the past 33 years, proving to be the oldest ongoing marathon in Africa and the Middle East. It offers runners the opportunity to choose from four amazing distances: 5K, 12K, 21K & Marathon (AIMS measure).
Catering & aid stations
All distances will be well-supported with aid stations offering water, energy drinks, and snacks.
Pacers
Pacing will be available for the marathon with designated pacers to help runners achieve their personal best times. Expect target times with flagging to assist in maintaining your race pace.
