Race HQ and warm-up area are at Capenhurst Sports Ground, Capenhurst CH1 6HL. Please do not warm up on Capenhurst Lane.

1st, 2nd, 3rd Open male and female (£100, £50, £25); 1st place in Vet Categories (£25); plus a £250 new course record prize.
What are the entry costs?
£16 for UKA affiliated runners; £18 for non-UKA affiliated runners.
