About
Sixth edition of the winter trail event in the Beskid Niski region, showcasing winter scenery and village routes, with the base in Iwonicz-Zdrój and starts from Jaśliska for longer distances.
Catering & aid stations
Checkpoints offer water, isotonic drinks, tea, coffee, cola; Zawadka Rymanowska and Iwonicz-Zdrój also provide bars, fruit, sour rye soup (barszcz czerwony), and sandwiches.
Pacers
Event uses pacers indicated by Pacerflaggen on the Renntag schedule. Pacers set target times per start wave to help runners pace themselves; follow the specific pacer group assigned to your start time.
