About

Estremamente Parco is a 40km trail race through the Val Resia valley, organized by ASD Val Resia. The event features marked routes, on-course food and drink, and requires specific mountain gear and trail kit. It takes place in the scenic Dolomite landscape.

On-course food and drink at aid stations; no disposable cutlery (bring your own posate).

Pacers

Pacers will be present with target times per start wave displayed at the start area (Renntag für Laufende); follow pacer flags and timing corrals.

FAQ

What kit is mandatory for the 40km race?

Mandatory: race backpack, minimum 1 liter water, 15cl cup, race vest, headlamp/torch, emergency mylar blanket (min 2m x 1.4m), whistle, phone with emergency number saved, appropriate trail shoes. Recommended: long sleeve shirt, long trousers/tights, hat, sunscreen, thermal layer, trekking poles.

Is there registration on the day of the race?

Registration is available on-site; race fee must be paid in cash (€20 for VRV Vertical) on the day. Bring required kit for verification.
