The Fat Boy 5K is the original running event in Baton Rouge, LA, now held in cities across America. It features pre-race donuts and chocolate milk, post-race Manda Sausage Po-boys and local beverages, plus awards for age groups, weight divisions, and team competition.
Catering & aid stations
Pre-race: donuts and chocolate milk. Post-race: Manda Sausage Po-boys, Mockler beverages, Moon Pies, Coca-Cola products, and chocolate Easter bunnies for winners.
Pacers
Pacemakers are featured with target times published per Startwave on Race Day; look for Pacer flag bibs during the event.

FAQ
What age groups and awards are available?
Awards are given five deep in five year age groups. Weight divisions include Athena, Clydesdale, Super Clydesdale, Ultra Clydesdale, and Clydesdale Teams (must collectively weigh 650 lbs or more). First 150 male and first 150 female finishers also receive awards.
What is included in the race entry?
Race entry includes a race T-shirt, finisher medal, and timing.
How many spots are available and when do registrations open?
There are 1,000 spots available. Registrations open to Club South Runners first.
