About

Jamison and Lisa Swift have been involved in the trail running community in Minnesota since 2015. They’ve become highly active in groups such as Upper Midwest Trail Runners, and they enjoy volunteering at many races around the area. They have a love of the outdoors and the adventure that comes with trail running, as well as other outdoor activities such as biking and camping.

Catering & aid stations

Aid stations will have water, electrolyte drink, and an assortment of pre-packaged snack foods. There will be a small selection of hot/fresh food at aid stations. Each station will also have a portable toilet. Drop bags should be marked with your name, bib, and distance and placed in the pile for the correct station (Fire Tower, Overlook, or Gate 31).

Pacers

Pacers are available only for the 100K and only after completing the first 50K loop. You can pick up a pacer at Start/Finish or at the Overlook Aid station. Crew is limited to 100K participants at the Overlook Aid station and Start/Finish; crew may not go to Gate 31 or the Fire Tower.
