What are 3er-Teams and how do they work?
3er-Teams are company teams of three runners. The team’s total time is automatically measured and the fastest 3er-teams (men’s, women’s, mixed) are awarded at the ceremony. Registration defines the three runners; no manual team assignment is needed.
How do I register?
Register via the online registration link (events.raceresult.com/registrations/) — the Team-Captain adds all participants. The registration fee is €24.50 per person and is due before collecting start documents.
What is included in the registration fee?
Personalized start number, goodie and digital coupons from partners, professional timing, personalized finish certificate (print-at-home), finisher medal, course entertainment, and post-race After-Run-Party.
What are the start times?
Start times on race day are 18:00, 18:15, 18:30, and 18:45 — please select your preferred wave during registration.
Is the event accessible and suitable for all participants?
Yes, the course is barrier-free and suitable for participants with impairments. There is no participant limit; minimum age is 15 years.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The event takes place in all weather conditions. In exceptional extreme weather affecting safety, organizers will inform participants in good time of any changes.
Can I bring a bike, pram, or pet?
No — participation with bicycles, prams, or animals is not permitted for safety reasons.
