About
Der längste Naturerlebnislauf in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern — ein 100-km-Ultramarathon, der nahezu ausschließlich im Gelände verläuft und vom DLV zertifiziert ist. Daneben gibt es Strecken für Lauf- und Bike-Teams sowie 7 km am Strand.
Catering & aid stations
Aid stations every ~5 km with water, sports drinks, and solid food; final turnaround near mile 97; medical and hydration points available throughout.
Pacers
The official course and pacers are certified by DLV. For the 117,4 km and 100 km events, pacers are deployed per start wave shown in the race-day program (start times 04:00). Look for pacer bibs and flags; follow the designated pacers for your wave. Cut-off at the 100 km point is 19:00 — beyond that only running to the 100 km finish is allowed. For the 117,4 km run-and-bike, bike support is permitted. Drop bags are available for 117,4 km and 100 km participants.
