No. For the safety of all participants and our volunteers, the only wheels allowed on the course are on strollers and the pace bikes.

What happens if it rains?

Can I run with a team or organize a team of my own?

Of course! We think teams (especially those in costume) are what make the Dash special. Sign up your team here.

But what if I need to make Thanksgiving dinner?

No problem! The Zack Zernik Mile will finish by 8:30 a.m. and the 5K before 9:30. That gives all participants ample time to get home and get the turkey in the oven before the family gets antsy (and don’t forget the stuffing!).
